Extend Your Stay

As a valued faculty member for GlomCon Hawaii 2024, GlomCon will cover four (4) nights at Grand Wailea, from August 5 – 9, 2024, checking out on August 9, 2024.  You are more than welcome to extend your stay at your own expense. GlomCon will not cover any added expenses related to the extension.

If you would like to extend your stay at the beginning or end of GlomCon Hawaii 2024, please enter your requested travel dates in the “Hotel” section of the registration form. You will be asked to indicate if you would like to stay at Grand Wailea or will be making your own hotel arrangements elsewhere. If you prefer to stay at Grand Wailea, the GlomCon Event Team will email you regarding availability. Every effort will be made to extend the GlomCon group rate of $595.00 plus taxes and fees, per night, based on double occupancy in a Run of House category guestroom. However, this is based on hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed. Your room rate and extension dates will be confirmed with the hotel prior to ticketing your air itinerary.
 
Please note: The maximum hotel room occupancy is four (4) persons in the standard rooms, with all king bedrooms offering a pull-out sofa. If the total number of guests in your party exceeds four (4) people, you will be required to and responsible for purchasing an additional hotel room. Charges for a third/fourth person are $100.00 per person per night, with the exception that there is no additional charge for children 17 years and under when accompanied by a paying adult utilizing existing bedding.
