General Info

In August, Maui, Hawaii is on Hawaii–Aleutian Standard Time (HST). The time difference is as follows:

6 p.m. – New York
5 p.m. – Chicago
4 p.m. – Denver
3 p.m. – Los Angeles
1 p.m. – Maui, Hawaii

Casual – Casual attire is appropriate for traveling and activities. Casual attire includes shorts, lightweight slacks or cropped pants, a casual dress, t-shirts and polo shirts.  Comfortable Shoes recommended.

Business casual – Business casual attire is appropriate for conference meeting days. Business casual attire incudes lightweight slacks and polo or button-down shirts for men; and a shift, wrap, jersey or shirt dress, blouse, jumpsuit, skirt and cropped pants or slacks for women. No flip-flops.

There are multiple ways to get around the island while you are on Maui.

Rental Cars — The Grand Wailea has partnered with Enterprise Rental Car to provide on-site rental vehicles. An Enterprise representative may be contacted directly at the Enterprise desk located in the lobby, near the concierge desk. If preferred, rental cars can also be booked online at enterprise.com.

Grand Wailea Parking – Valet parking is available for an additional $65 per day per car. Self-parking is not available at the resort.

Taxi Services – Uber and taxis are also readily available at the hotel and throughout Wailea.

Hotel Info

The maximum hotel room occupancy is four (4) persons in the standard rooms, with all king bedrooms offering a pull-out sofa. If the total number of guests in your party exceeds four (4) people, you will be required to and responsible for purchasing an additional hotel room. Charges for a third/fourth person are $100.00 per person per night, with the exception that there is no additional charge for children 17 years and under when accompanied by a paying adult utilizing existing bedding.

Yes, there are Save buttons enabled to save your progress on various pages during registration. You must complete the full page in order to save. But why wait? Completing your full registration means that you are steps closer to experiencing GlomCon Hawaii 2024!
Yes. If you have not submitted your form, you may go back to any page of the registration form and make your changes.
To help make your trip as comfortable as possible, please fill out the special request field within the registration form or inform the GlomCon Event Team at GlomCon@augeomarketing.com of required accommodations or personal needs (wheelchair, special meal needs, allergies, etc.) in advance so that any necessary information may be transferred to the airlines and/or the hotel.
The form will not let you proceed without completing the necessary information and will alert you when a required field is incomplete before moving forward.
Please print the last page (summary) prior to submitting your form. This includes your registration confirmation number. A copy of your completed registration form will be sent to the email address provided at registration. If you have already submitted your form and were unable to print, return to the registration site, enter your confirmation number, and your summary will be available for your review at any time.
